• The effectiveness of the innovation point system has become increasingly prominent,

lative support for over 200 enterprises receiving bank credit exceeding

New Area.
• The first national association for the protection of trade secrets has been established.
The Innovation China Intellectual Property Ser-
vice Center marks a collaborative
effort between Tianjin Binhai High-tech Industrial Development Area,
Tianjin Intellectual Property Office, and Innovation China Group. It is a public service
carrier platform for intellectual property and can provide full-chain
intellectual property services.
The Data Intellectual Property Trading Platform and the Integrated Data Intellectual
Property
Service Platform have been launched. It is the first of its kind in the country to
combine data
intellectual property registration with pledge dis-
closure, facilitating the
successful implementation
of Tianjin's first data intellectual property pledge financing.
